Shildon Amateur Boxing Club

Shildon Amateur Boxing Club formed in 1903. To this day the club has continued to fulfil its mission of encouraging and supporting youngsters to achieve their potential through the discipline and art of boxing. Shildon ABC is the second oldest boxing club in UK. The club has a well know reputation due to the calibre of the boxers we produce. The club has produced over one hundred national finalists.

Boxing builds strength, fitness, discipline, and courage along with promoting excellent self-defence and sportsmanship.

Our club is affiliated to the Amateur Boxing Association (ABA) and all our coaches are ABA qualified and CRB checked.

OPENING HOURS: Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 6.30pm-8:30pm, Old Shildon Club, DL4 1AH
